Complaints Received

Will OneHash scam you? No, based on all of their reviews. In their terms of use, OneHash claims they will respond to every complaint sent to their support email within 14 days. 

I found several complaints against OneHash on TrustPilot. To their credit, they provided lengthy responses to complaints regarding Bitcoin withdrawal issues. 

These players had issues communicating with OneHash’s IT and support departments, but their issues were eventually resolved. OneHash claimed these issues stemmed from their email addresses acting weird in the system.

OneHash has four exclusive games displayed prominently on their homepage, Dice, Moon, Goals, and Slots. 

Dice is the classic gambling game; Moon is similar to Crash; Goals is where you have to score a soccer goal in a penalty kick, and Slots is OneHash themed- you want to get the OneHash symbol each spin! 

I enjoyed the animations of these games and their refreshing takes on old games, like Moon and Goals.

I haven’t seen a skill game before, so I tried Romance of the Three Kingdoms. A simple hack and slash game, you try to kill the other characters on the screen, with tougher units rewarding you with more money. 

The controls were simple, just click to move your character and attack. Every time you attack, you lose money, so try to remember which units reward you the most. I would’ve liked to see more controls or variability to make the game more skill-based. 

243 Crystal Fruits Reversed, one of their high stakes games, had a minimum wager of 0.2 BTC, with a maximum wager of 50 BTC.

In this OneHash sportsbook review, I watched the 11 virtual sports to bet on. Although OneHash does not have real sports, the virtual sports were diverse and entertaining to gamble on. 

The sports section was easy to navigate and the games all loaded quickly, even on my old laptop. Each game has a Demo option for you to try before gambling with real money to see if you like the gameplay!

The first page of OneHash is a series of short explanations of how mutual betting and OneHash works if you’re curious. The animation is similar to the goofy characters some education sites use. You can skip right to the gambling with the Start Betting button at any time. 

OneHash has a useful beginners guide, explaining mutual betting, bitcoin, how to bet, and their exclusive games with tutorials for Dice, Goals, Moon, and Slots. 

Mutual betting is a system where all bets are pooled together and payoff odds are calculated by sharing the pool amongst the winning bets. All bets influence the winning multiplier and winners split the pot proportionate to their contribution, similar to earning fees in liquidity pools. 
 

Platform Features and Functionality

For those interested in new cryptocurrencies, OneHash is creating a OneHash token, OHT, to be used on their platform. With OHT, players can stake their coins and share the casino’s profits, acting as a discount to gambling! You can subscribe to a newsletter and join their Telegram for more information. 

I only had a problem loading their virtual golf game, with the site giving me a “general error” message. This was likely due to internet issues on my side or problems connecting with that 3rd party game provider.  
 

Design and Appearance

The user interface of OneHash is very easy to use. Since players can only play with Bitcoin, the processes of depositing funds and navigating are very simple. 

The OneHash mobile is set up just like the computer version, just with the menu squished together more. I enjoyed playing games on my computer and phone, spending lots of time trying the wide variety of games available. 
 

Registration Process

Registering an account was easy, requiring only an email, username, and password. The site then asked me to verify my email by clicking a link they sent. Then I was ready to gamble. 

Eric, a guide from OneHash, sent me an email showing the several promotions ongoing at OneHash. However, OneHash reserves the right to perform KYC anytime, likely during depositing or withdrawing Bitcoin.

OneHash offers a first deposit bonus of up to 150 free spins on three of their games, depending on how large the deposit is. Unfortunately, you need to deposit at least .7 BTC to qualify. 
 

Terms of the welcome bonus

For a deposit in the range 0.7 BTC to 1.49 BTC, the player gets 30 free spins. For 1.5 BTC to 2.49 BTC, the player gets 75 free spins, and for any deposit larger than 2.5 BTC, the player gets 150 free spins. 

Maximum winnings to be paid out from free spins equal 100 EUR in BTC. Free spins can be used in three games: Treasures of Egypt, Wild 7 Fruits, and Lion The Lord. 

Any free spin winnings can be withdrawn after a 40x wagering requirement is met. The bonus will expire after seven days, so make sure to play a lot! The maximum bet per free spin is .0001 BTC.

In Dice, 2nd place will receive .18% back, 3rd place .15% back, and so on. As you can see below, you’d need to wager .16 BTC to get .20% back! 
 

There is an occasional OneHash bonus code, but there wasn’t one being offered during this OneHash casino review. 

Make sure to check their social media sites for a OneHash promo code! Similar to the welcome bonus, free spins from a bonus code must meet a wagering requirement of 30x.

OneHash has Twitter, Facebook, Medium, Telegram, and Instagram, although some of these accounts are not active. 

OneHash also has a support button on the lower right of the screen. I messaged their support on a Sunday afternoon, my time, with a question about withdrawal speeds and they responded within 8 minutes. Very impressive!

The OneHash payout reviews of their deposit and withdrawal system showed an excellent Bitcoin-only system. 

The payment system of OneHash is simple and easy to use- you can only deposit and withdraw Bitcoin. You cannot buy bitcoin through the site, but bitcoin can be purchased on every exchange and through some wallets.

The OneHash withdrawal options are simple- only Bitcoin, with a minimum withdrawal of .001 BTC. Even better, users are eligible for one free withdrawal every seven days. 

Unfortunately, there is a large .005 BTC account maintenance fee if your account is inactive for 90 days.

Withdrawal Limits

There is no limit for withdrawals from OneHash, although there is a maximum account value of 10 BTC. Good news if you’re very lucky, you can withdraw the winnings no matter if it’s .01 BTC or 1 BTC!
 

Withdrawal Speed

Each withdrawal is reviewed by OneHash team members, so there may be a slight delay. 

OneHash support told me each OneHash withdrawal typically takes a couple of hours, maybe longer on peak times like the weekend. This is unsurprising, given the typical slow transaction speed of Bitcoin.
